If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order when you open the box, simply return it to us within 30 days for a full refund or store credit. Yarn rolled up into a ball and all patterns can not be returned. Sale yarn is also not returnable. SECURE ORDERING For your convenience, the order form is on a secured site. If you choose to use your credit card to order, the numbers will be encrypted to ensure your privacy. Please continue to feel free to print out your order and send it along with a check or money order made out to The Naked Sheep. SHIPPING All ground deliveries go via the US postal service,first class mail. In most cases, items will be shipped out within 24 hours of order. Please allow 7-10 days for ground, 2-3 days for Priority Mail and 1-2 days for Federal Express. Add additional time for international deliveries. For International Orders, please choose "air" on the order form for shipping method. Your items will then ship via the US postal service airmail. Priority and overnight service is not available for international orders. OVERNIGHT SHIPPING For overnight shipping, we use Federal Express or the USPS Express mail. Please note Federal Express does not deliver on weekends so if you place an order on a Friday or after 3pm EST on Thursday, you will not receive the items until Monday. Fed Ex and USPS Express Mail also do not deliver on holidays. For some folks in rural areas, "overnight" delivery might take an extra day! If an item is not in stock, it will not be available for overnight delivery. Please call us to check if items are in stock before ordering overnight delivery. ON HOLD ORDERS An order will be placed "on hold" if we are temporarily out of stock of an item in the order. You will receive email notification that the order is "on hold." Your credit card will NOT be charged until the item is shipped to you. Please feel free to call or email us regarding an ON HOLD order.
